During this time I began to faint slightly, my vision darkened and my body became soft like jelly for mere seconds, even falling several times.

I don't know if it's my "sickness" despite being a rural worker with my parents who requires a lot of effort, or if I have something wrong with my body, maybe narcoclepsia, low blood pressure, mental problems in addition to my ADHD and autism, I'm fine paranoid and worried about it.
